1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing an All-Access Pass, or attempting any mock test on Exam365Days, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding online conduct and educational content.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the portal and for any activities or actions under your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• Single User Policy: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If our system detects simultaneous multi-device logins or automated scraping from a single account, it may result in immediate permanent suspension without a refund.

3. Subscriptions, Passes & Refund Policy

Exam365Days offers various paid features, including Category Passes, All-Access VIP Passes, and Single Exam Passes.

• Validity: Unless specified otherwise, standard promotional passes carry a validity period of 6 months from the date of successful activation.
• Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Pricing and availability of test series are subject to change without prior notice.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our online mock tests, test series, and downloadable PDF capsules, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the plan has been credited to your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, mock test questions, bilingual explanations, layout, and software are and will remain the exclusive property of Exam365Days and its licensors.

• You may download printable PDFs (such as 2-column solution sheets or monthly current affairs capsules) strictly for personal, non-commercial study use only.
• Reselling, reproducing, distributing, or publishing our mock test content or PDFs on public forums, Telegram channels, or coaching apps is strictly prohibited and protected by Indian copyright laws.

5. Prohibited Activities & Proctoring Rules

While using our online computer-based test (CBT) portal, you agree not to engage in any prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to hack, bypass paywalls, or tamper with exam tokens and server requests.
• Violating the automated proctoring rules (such as excessive tab-switching or browser minimization beyond allowed warnings, which triggers auto-submission).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to extract question banks from the portal.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exam365Days, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the mock test platform or exam results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
